Orders and payments
Orders are confirmed after payment is received through an available M-Pesa payment method. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, Azani will contact you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Product information
We aim to keep product names, photos, prices, stock, and descriptions accurate. Small differences in packaging, colour, or supplier presentation can happen between batches.
Delivery and returns
Delivery, returns, and exchanges follow the current Azani shipping and returns policies. Please review those pages before completing checkout.
Account use
You are responsible for keeping your account and login details secure. Azani may refuse or cancel orders connected to abuse, fraud, incorrect delivery information, or activity that could harm customers or the shop.
